Shipping policy
NZ Delivery Times
We’re operating safely with contactless delivery. We aim to dispatch all NZ orders placed before 1 pm Mon-Fri on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm are expected to be dispatched the following working day.
As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with Aramex. We’ll keep you updated about the status of your parcel so you know when it’s with Aramex and when it’s out for delivery. Thank you for your patience while our team processes and packs orders in a safe way.
Auckland Delivery Times
Aramex is currently experiencing delivery delays within Auckland. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive, and stay updated with your delivery status by tracking your parcel with Aramex.
NZ Rural Delivery Times
For rural addresses in NZ, please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $150 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage will be charged as per the pricing information in our checkout section.
Order Tracking
To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the Aramex Tracking Tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.
Product Delivery Errors
All delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of the delivery date. All orders go through a rigorous checking system before being packed and leaving our warehouse. If you have not received your order within 7 days of the dispatch date, please contact us at hello@365bodyreset.com with your order number. If you notify us after these 7 days, we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
If your parcel arrives in poor or damaged condition or has items missing, please keep the damaged items and packaging in the same condition as they are received and take a photo if possible. This will assist us in making a claim with the courier.
