How to Use
All measurements are level. For a thick mask, mix 4 teaspoons of powder with 2 to 2 and a half teaspoons of filtered water. For a thinner mask, mix 2 teaspoons of powder with 1 and a quarter teaspoons of filtered water. Splash your face with filtered water and pat slightly dry, then apply the mixed mask to your face and throat, including under the eyes and eyebrows while avoiding direct contact with the eyes. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes or until dry, then rinse thoroughly with warm filtered water.
To use it as an oil free exfoliating cleanser, mix 1 teaspoon of powder with 1 teaspoon of filtered water and apply in a gentle upward and outward motion, then rinse thoroughly. As a spot treatment, mix three quarters of a teaspoon of powder with a quarter teaspoon of filtered water, apply to blemishes or brown spots, and remove once dry, repeating as needed.
How often you use it is entirely up to you. For dry skin, once a week or once a fortnight works well. If you want to actively maintain your skin's health, two to three times a week is ideal.
